ELA · DECK SHOTGUN

Variant E is the feedback rebuild. Pick from five.

Investor deck (ELA — The First Hour, 17 slides) in three full design variants, plus the corporate deck (Closing the Duty-of-Care Gap, 12 slides) built in the Field Manual language. The corporate deck re-skins to whichever investor variant you pick. Copy on every slide is verified against the fact pack and the 2026-07-31 business plan — the ask is the real AED 7M. A fourth take (Variant D, below) arrived from a parallel session — same facts, different narrative spine.

The rebuild — Variant E · v3

Third pass, from the 2026-08-30 review. Pricing restructured: one Essential membership everyone joins (AED 750) + insurance as a post-signup add-on (AED 3,000 premium); Family tier removed everywhere. Problem slide reframed as opportunity (good residents, well-guided) and every phone-confiscation mention scrubbed deck-wide. Voice & chat showcased: OPS row + real wrist case-chat beside the live case (watch smaller, right of phone, no overlap). Icons on the fail-safe list (agent-picked set). Build-evidence slide removed; months/commits/CI no longer mentioned anywhere. Team = five founders (Jonathan CEO, Stefan COO, Shaz, Andrew, Anna — placeholders). The ask is provisional: July plan's AED 7M shown as proposed, amount being confirmed. 14 slides.

The three directions

Deliberately distinct, all inside the Evergreen Mint brand. Open each full deck — arrow keys or click-right to advance, Cmd+P exports a pixel-exact PDF (one slide per page).

Variant A cover

VARIANT AField Manual

Light editorial calm — the approved landing page as a beautifully set document. White cards, forest/mint accents, dark only for the emotional bookends (cover, arrest moment, close). The closest continuation of your approved taste.

Variant B cover

VARIANT BBoardroom Dark

Cinematic deep-evergreen grounds throughout, gold keyhole, frosted-glass stat cards, full-bleed dawn imagery under dark scrims. Investor theatre — premium security, quiet confidence.

Variant C cover

VARIANT CLedger

Data-room minimal — paper, ink, one accent, a visible hairline grid, app captures framed as numbered exhibits, timeline rails with glyph nodes. Radical honesty as an aesthetic; the deck as evidence.

Second take — Variant D (parallel build)

Built independently in a second session against the same fact base — a different narrative spine, not just a different skin: a conservative bottoms-up year-one model as plan of record (25,000 members / ~21M AED, drivers on-slide) with the company scenarios as attributed upside, a competition power grid, and its own corporate deck. Slides mix freely — same engine.

Variant D cover

VARIANT DEvergreen Boardroom — investor · 15 slides

Light canvas, deep-evergreen bookends. Problem → why-now → product-is-built → model → bottoms-up market → corporate wedge → conservative build vs company scenarios → competition grid → moat → GCC → team → the 7M AED ask.

Corporate second take cover

CORPORATE · TAKE 2ELA for Employers · 11 slides

Duty-of-care without surveillance as the centrepiece; flat 750 AED/seat (no volume bands); 90-day, up-to-500-seat pilot close. Compare against Closing the Duty-of-Care Gap below.

12 slides for a UAE HR director / COO, built in the Field Manual language. Ends on a 50-seat one-quarter pilot. Corporate pricing slide is fully chipped [PROPOSED] (675/600/525 AED service-component bands; the 3,000 AED insurance premium never discounts). Re-skins to your picked variant. Open deck

Flags & open items

StatusItem
FLAGAll deck phone/watch captures were swapped to the current Evergreen Mint design (2026-08-29, parallel session). The decks were first built against the old black-and-gold captures; marketing/assets/phone|watch now carry the 2026-08-13 walkthrough captures (light theme; -dark variants saved alongside), originals preserved in assets/_pre-mint-2026-08-29/. The protection-moment capture had its pre-law night line pixel-erased (“Protection is live.” only) — recapture with current day-neutral copy when convenient. The flow-arm/active-case videos are still the old design — re-record before using them anywhere.
FLAGDrill copy was baked into a live marketing asset. marketing/assets/phone/celebration.png read “You are protected, Drill.” (drill test account) — it is also used by the public landing page. It was pixel-retouched to “You are protected.” for these decks; the original is preserved at celebration.drill-original.png. Recommend a clean sim recapture with a real-looking account when convenient.
OPENDemo law-firm name in two unused captures. The case-live/case-receipt captures carry the demo seed firm “Al Noor Legal Advocates”. No deck uses them any more (E v2 dropped both); recapture with a neutral name before any deck does.
OPENPhone mid-hold capture does not exist. The walkthrough set has watch hold states but no phone mid-hold frame; the idb hold-capture rig from the landing project would produce one. Until then the cover uses countdown (phone) + 3s hold (watch).
OPENFresh capture session needed. The founder wants a phone mid-hold shot for the cover, phone voice-note screens, and generally the latest app captures — the walkthrough set is 2026-08-13, before voice notes shipped. Also stale: the plan-settings screen still says "Shield / AED 3,750" (old tier model) so pricing went deviceless. One sim capture session covers all of it.
DECIDED2026-08-30: Family tier removed; insurance is a post-signup add-on on one Essential membership. No phone-confiscation mentions anywhere. No build-months/commits/CI talk. Team = five founders. Ask amount under review by the founders.
OPENPick the investor variant — E (rebuild) / A / B / C / D. Corporate deck then re-skins to match.
OPENA parallel session built a fourth take (Variant D). Different content spine, same fact base: a conservative bottoms-up year-one model (25,000 members / ~21M AED, drivers on-slide) as plan of record with the company scenarios as attributed upside; a competition power grid; corporate take 2 prices flat 750 AED/seat with a 500-seat 90-day pilot (vs the [PROPOSED] 675/600/525 bands and 50-seat pilot). Reconcile the two before external use.
OPENInstrument + valuation for the ask slide — chipped [TBD] on slide 15 (priced round vs convertible; the dev-partner brief leans convertible).
OPENFounder bio, portrait, contact line — slide 14 and both closes carry [TBD] chips; needed before any external showing.
OPENMarket-sizing figures — UAE expat population / TAM-SAM-SOM are honest [RESEARCH TBD] chips on slides 2 & 6; a sourced research pass fills them.
OPENCorporate seat pricing — the 675/600/525 bands are my proposed derivation of the 750 anchor, chipped [PROPOSED] throughout; adjust before any corporate meeting.
OPENInsurance commission % — business plan brackets [10%]; shown as “under negotiation” everywhere.
DECIDEDYear-1 scenarios (100k/300k/500k) always attributed as the company’s own July-2026 model, with a 10,000-member sanity line for the skeptical read.
DECIDEDNamed corporate targets appear only as a profile (Big-4, global banks, tech multinationals) — never as names or logos.
DECIDEDNo insurer/reinsurer/regulator/firm names anywhere; “a leading UAE insurer / a global reinsurer”; ELA-is-not-an-insurer footer on pricing slides.
Reviewing:
  • Open a deck → ← → or click right side to advance, Home/End jump, URL hash deep-links a slide.
  • Cmd+P → Save as PDF gives the send-ahead version — one slide per page, chrome hidden, videos swapped for posters.
  • Reply in the session with the variant pick + any slide-level notes (e.g. “B, but A’s slide 8”). Mixing is fine — these share the same engine.
